As of now, we offer three different flavors. More selection may become available as we test and further perfect them.
We offer snack stix by the batch. A whole batch is 25 pounds or half at 11.5 pounds.

Summer Sausage
Summer Sausage is a great snack year round. A party tray at fourth of July, or pull some out for family during the holidays.
We make an original blend summer sausage that comes in 3 pound log. A full batch is 30 pounds or half is15.
Add cheddar or pepper jack cheese for an additional cost.
Breakfast Sausage
In an average deer you can get about 25 pounds of ground venison.
We have a lot of customers come to us and say they don't care for venison burger or just have too much of it and don't use it often.
We came up with a solution.
Try our breakfast sausage!
We take your ground venison and mix it with our special blend of spices to make a delicious breakfast sausage. Use it in sausage gravy or make patties to go with eggs. Any way you choose, it's a great alternative to plain ground venison.
Cubed Steak & Roasts
Tired of regular steaks and burger? Try something different!
At your request, we offer roasts out of what we would normally cut steaks out of or neck roasts.
We can also cube some or all of your steaks for just $5 extra.
Stew meat for canning also available by request.
