Cassidy's Deer Processing is a fairly new business that started generations ago.

Shawn Cassidy (owner) has been helping his family process deer since before he can remember. The whole family; mom, dad, aunts, uncles, cousins, and so on, would gather in Grandpa Andy Cassidy's barn to process deer, cows and pigs for the family.

Years later, Shawn's father took over and worked with his kids in his own barn.

Today, Shawn decided to follow in the family footsteps brining his own 5 children into the family business. Only he took his knowledge a step further and became licensed so he could expand and open to the public.

From August until January, you'll find Shawn, his wife Aimee, and their kids, Logan, Brooke, Hunter, Maegan, and Shawn II in their own butcher shop creating delicious meats and memories.
